Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, PayPal, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, as shown at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your device, browser, location, card issuer, or payment provider. All orders must be fully paid before they can be processed.

2. Transaction Currency

All transactions on our website are processed in Euros (EUR). If your payment card, bank account, or digital wallet uses another currency, your financial institution or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or other charges. These charges are determined by your provider and are not controlled by us.

3. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment service providers, including Stripe and PayPal. We do not directly collect, store, or access your full card number, CVV, full payment account password, or complete payment credentials. Payment information is submitted directly to the payment processor, and we only receive necessary transaction details such as payment status, order amount, confirmation result, transaction reference, and limited billing information required to complete the order.

4. Payment Security and Data Protection

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect payment-related information. These measures may include SSL/TLS encrypted connections, secure checkout transmission, tokenization provided by payment processors, fraud screening, payment authentication tools such as 3D Secure where applicable, limited internal access, and secure WordPress/WooCommerce order management practices. Because Stripe and PayPal handle sensitive payment credentials directly, we do not store customer payment information on our own servers.

5. Failed Payments and Payment Disputes

A payment may fail or be declined due to incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, card issuer restrictions, expired cards, fraud prevention checks, network errors, or authentication failure. If your payment fails, please check your payment details or contact your bank, card issuer, Stripe, or PayPal for assistance. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can review the order and payment record. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may delay order handling, refund review, or account support until the payment provider completes its investigation.

6. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. After a return, cancellation, or refund request is reviewed and approved under our applicable refund policy, we typically process the refund within 7 business days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment provider. Original shipping fees or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error or a verified product issue.
